Privacy Policy

1. Privacy at a Glance

General Information

We take the protection of your personal data very seriously and handle it confidentially and in accordance with statutory data protection regulations and this privacy policy. Personal data is any data that can be used to personally identify you.

Data Collection on This Website

Data processing on this website is carried out by the website operator. Their contact details can be found in the Legal Notice of this website.

Some data is collected when you provide it to us — for example when you contact us by email. Other data is collected automatically by our IT systems when you visit the website (in particular technical data such as internet browser, operating system or time of page access).

This website uses no tracking cookies and no analytics tools. We do not perform any analysis of your browsing behaviour.

2. Hosting

Our website is hosted on the cloud platform Microsoft Azure (Azure Static Web Apps). The provider is Microsoft Ireland Operations Limited, One Microsoft Place, South County Business Park, Leopardstown, Dublin 18, Ireland. Microsoft ensures GDPR compliance by processing data in data centres within the European Union (West Europe region).

The personal data processed in the course of hosting (in particular IP addresses and log files) is used to provide the website and ensure IT security. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR (legitimate interest in a reliable and secure presentation of our online offering).

A data processing agreement (DPA) pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR has been concluded with Microsoft. Further information on data protection at Microsoft Azure can be found at microsoft.com/en/privacy.

3. General Information and Mandatory Information

Notice on the Responsible Party

The responsible party for data processing on this website is:

P3 cloud solutions GmbH (in formation)
Heilbronner Str. 86
70191 Stuttgart
Germany

Phone: +49 711 252 749-0
Email: mail@p3-group.com

The responsible party is the natural or legal person who alone or jointly with others determines the purposes and means of the processing of personal data.

Retention Period

Unless a more specific retention period has been mentioned within this privacy policy, your personal data will remain with us until the purpose for processing the data no longer applies. If you assert a legitimate request for deletion or withdraw consent for data processing, your data will be deleted unless there are other legally permissible reasons for storing your personal data (e.g. retention periods under tax or commercial law).

Withdrawal of Consent

Many data processing operations are only possible with your express consent. You can withdraw consent you have already given at any time. The legality of the data processing carried out until the withdrawal remains unaffected by the withdrawal.

Right to Lodge a Complaint with the Competent Supervisory Authority

In the event of breaches of the GDPR, data subjects have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority, in particular in the Member State of their habitual residence, their place of work or the place of the alleged infringement. The supervisory authority responsible for us is:

Landesbeauftragter für den Datenschutz und die Informationsfreiheit Baden-Württemberg
Lautenschlagerstraße 20, 70173 Stuttgart, Germany
www.baden-wuerttemberg.datenschutz.de

Right to Data Portability

You have the right to have data that we process automatically on the basis of your consent or in fulfilment of a contract handed over to you or to a third party in a common, machine-readable format.

Information, Correction and Deletion

Within the framework of the applicable legal provisions, you have the right at any time to free information about your stored personal data, its origin and recipients and the purpose of the data processing and, if applicable, a right to correction or deletion of this data. You can contact us at any time regarding this and other questions on the subject of personal data.

Right to Restriction of Processing

You have the right to request the restriction of the processing of your personal data. You can contact us at any time for this purpose.

SSL / TLS Encryption

For security reasons and to protect the transmission of confidential content, this site uses SSL or TLS encryption. You can recognise an encrypted connection by the fact that the address line of the browser changes from "http://" to "https://" and by the lock symbol in your browser bar.

4. Data Collection on This Website

Server Log Files

The hosting provider (Microsoft Azure) automatically collects and stores information in so-called server log files, which your browser automatically transmits. These are:

  • Browser type and browser version
  • Operating system used
  • Referrer URL
  • Host name of the accessing computer
  • Time of the server request
  • IP address

This data is not merged with other data sources. This data is collected on the basis of Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR. The website operator has a legitimate interest in the technically error-free presentation and optimisation of its website — for this purpose, the server log files must be recorded.

Inquiry by Email or Phone

If you contact us by email or phone, your inquiry including all resulting personal data (name, inquiry) will be stored and processed by us for the purpose of handling your request. We do not pass on this data without your consent.

The processing of this data is based on Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR if your request is related to the fulfilment of a contract or is necessary for carrying out pre-contractual measures. In all other cases, the processing is based on our legitimate interest in the effective handling of inquiries addressed to us (Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR) or on your consent (Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR) if this was requested.

The data you send us via contact requests will remain with us until you ask us to delete it, withdraw your consent to store it, or the purpose for storing the data no longer applies (e.g. after your request has been processed). Mandatory legal provisions — in particular legal retention periods — remain unaffected.

Local Storage for Theme Preference

This website stores your personal theme preference (light/dark) in the local storage of your browser (localStorage). This information does not leave your device, is not transmitted to our servers or third parties, and serves exclusively to restore your setting on your next visit. You can delete this data at any time via your browser's settings.

5. Plugins and Tools

Google Fonts

This site uses so-called Google Fonts, provided by Google, for the uniform display of fonts. When you access a page, your browser loads the required fonts from Google's servers into your browser cache in order to display texts and fonts correctly.

For this purpose, the browser you are using must connect to the servers of Google (Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland). This enables Google to be aware that this website has been accessed via your IP address.

The use of Google Fonts is based on Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR. The website operator has a legitimate interest in the uniform presentation of the typeface on its website. If your browser does not support Google Fonts, a default font from your computer will be used.

Further information about Google Fonts can be found at developers.google.com/fonts/faq and in the Google privacy policy: policies.google.com/privacy.
